Detailed itinerary of 7 Days Tarangire Ngorongoro Serengeti Lake Natron and Manyara Safari
Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, you will meet your safari driver guide and set off for Tarangire National Park, a famous park for its large herds of elephants and iconic massive baobab trees.
Tarangire National Park is the 6th largest national park in Tanzania, home to significant wildlife population with a density of wildlife matched only by Ngorongoro Conservation Area. When you arrive in the park, you will go for a game drive for the rest of the day with picnic lunch. Expect to see large herds of elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, lions, zebras, giraffes, baboons among other animals.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, you will drive to Ngorongoro Crater for a full day game drive. The main attraction and feature of Ngorongoro Conservation Area (NCA) is Ngorongoro Crater, the largest unbroken caldera in the world often referred to as the Garden of Eden. The crater was formed when a giant volcano exploded and collapsed on itself some two to three million years ago.
Ngorongoro Crater a famous habitat for the Big Five (lion, elephants, rhinos, leopard and buffalo). Other animals you will see during the game drive in Ngorongoro Crater floor include impalas, zebras, wildebeests, gazelles, hippos and different species of birds including ostriches and flamingoes and other water birds on the shores of Lake Magadi on the crater floor. Day 3: Serengeti National Park
After an early breakfast, we head for Serengeti National Park with a packed lunch. The Serengeti is the oldest and most popular national park in Tanzania, famous for its annual wildebeest migration. Over 2 million wildebeests, and thousands of zebras and gazelles join the annual trek in search of fresh grazing.
Some of other animals you will see in Serengeti are buffaloes, giraffes, elands, topi, kongoni, impalas, grant gazelles, lions, cheetahs, leopards and jackals. At sunset, you will head to your lodge for check-in, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Full Day in Serengeti
After breakfast, continue with a full day game viewing in Serengeti’s endless plains with packed lunch. Serengeti National Park is widely regarded as the best wildlife reserve in Africa due to its density of predators and prey and the Great Wildebeest Migration.

Day 5: Lake Natron
After breakfast, depart to Lake Natron with packed lunch, crossing Lolindo on Waso Village, before heading down to the lake shores. Enjoy guided walks on the mud flats around the shores of Lake Natron, viewing the lesser flamingo.
With a local guide, head to the beautiful waterfalls for some relaxation and swimming before returning to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, set off from Lake Natron to the beautiful Lake Manyara National Park covering 127 square miles with an alkaline lake of Lake Manyara covering approximately 89 square miles.
Lake Manyara National Park is well known for the rare tree climbing lions and baboons, the park’s surrounding area is also home to other wildlife species such as hippos, impalas, elephants, wildebeests, buffalo, warthogs and giraffes.

Day 7: Departure
After breakfast, you will checkout of your lodge and be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight back, bringing your safari to an end.
