Day 1: Arrive in Kigali, City Tour
On arrival at Kigali International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our guide, after a warm welcome you will be taken to your Kigali Hotel. After some rejuvenating, rest, brace yourself for a soul-stirring city tour. Delve into Rwanda’s history at the Kigali Genocide Memorial, a testament to the nation’s resilience and rebirth. Also, explore the bustling markets, art galleries and craft centres, immersing you in the rich culture of this remarkable city.

Day 2: Travel to Nyungwe Forest National Park
Enjoy breakfast, then set out on an awe-inspiring road trip to Nyungwe Forest National Park through Rwanda’s verdant countryside. You will be enchanted by the picturesque villages, rolling hills, and lush tea plantations painting a canvas of beauty. Arriving at Nyungwe in the afternoon, check in at your lodge for lunch and spend the rest of the day at rest.

Day 3: Chimpanzee Trekking Adventure in Nyungwe Forest
Today you will enjoy a thrilling walk with Africa’s Primates as you delve into Nyungwe Forest, an enchanting montane rainforest. With pounding hearts, we will venture on a chimpanzee trekking adventure guided by the calls of the playful chimpanzees.
Witness the magic of their natural habitat, let your spirit immerse in the experience as you observe them in their element. Nyungwe Forest’s canopy teems with other primates, from black and white colobus monkeys to L’Hoest Monkeys and the elusive blue monkeys. The day ends with retiring to your lodge.

Meeting the dedicated researchers and witnessing their efforts will fuel our commitment to wildlife preservation. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
