Detailed itinerary of 25 Days Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania Safari
Day 1: Pick up and Transfer to Nyungwe Forest
On arrival at Kigali International Airport, you will meet our representative for pickup and after a short briefing about the safari and the day’s activity, you will embark on a journey to Nyungwe Forest National Park.
Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge after check-in, in the afternoon you will go for a canopy walk on the highest suspended walkway Africa. Nyungwe Canopy is suspended above the Nyungwe Forest Canopy and during your walk, you will have a chance to see several primates including black and white colobus monkeys, olive baboons and many bird species. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2- Chimpanzee Trekking and Transfer to Volcanoes National Park
Wake up early for breakfast, head to the park headquarters for briefing about chimpanzee trekking and the right way to behave while in the presence of the chimpanzees. Head into the forest looking for chimpanzees, the trek takes approximately 2-5 hours depending on the movement of the chimpanzees including one hour of being in presence of the chimpanzees.
Later trek back to the lodge for lunch, later check and embark on a journey to Volcanoes National Park – the best gorilla trekking destination in the world. Arrive late in the evening, check in at your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Gorilla Trekking Experience in Volcanoes National Park
Wake up early for breakfast and head to the park headquarters in Kinigi for briefing carried out by a senior, you will be taken through the rules and regulations to follow in the presence of the gorillas and in groups of 8 people you will head into the forest looking for mountain gorillas. The trek takes approximately 30 minutes to 6 hours depending on the movement of the gorillas and where they spent their previous night with one hour of being in their presence, watch the gorillas go on with their life in the forest, watch them groom each other, feed and play.
Return to your lodge for lunch and spend the rest of the day at rest.

Day 4: Golden Monkey Trekking – Transfer to Kigali City
Wake early for breakfast and return to the park headquarters in Kinigi for briefing about golden monkey trekking. Unlike gorilla trekking, golden monkey trekking is a bit easier. After the briefing, you will head into the forest looking for golden monkeys found in the Bamboo forest section of the park. You will be allowed one hour of being in these beautiful primates watching them play from one branch to another, take amazing pictures and take amazing pictures.
After this amazing primate experience, return to your lodge, pick your belongings and embark on a 3 hour’s journey to Kigali City with en-route lunch. You will a short Kigali City visiting some of the fascinating sites like the Kigali Conventional Centre and the Genocide Site. Head to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Fly to Nairobi – Transfer Tsavo East
Your guide will transfer you to Kigali International Airport after breakfast, for your early morning flight to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Upon arrival, you will be picked up by your safari driver-guide and embark on a journey to Tsavo East National Park with en-route lunch.
Arrive in the evening, check in at your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Full Day Game Drive – Tsavo East
Enjoy early breakfast and head to Tsavo East National Park for a full day game drive, this amazing park is home to a variety of wildlife including lions, leopards, buffaloes, giraffes, warthogs among others which you will see during the game drive.
You will enjoy picnic lunch and continue exploring Tsavo East National Park till evening. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7: Transfer to Tsavo West – Afternoon Game Drive
After breakfast, head to Tsavo West National Park with en-route game drive. Tsavo West National Park is a sister park with Tsavo East National Park and they both form the largest protected national park in Kenya. During the game drive in Tsavo East you will see various animals including lions, kobs, gazelles, topis, giraffes, dik-dik, eland, impalas, hyenas, foxes, cheetahs, elephants and rhinos among others.
Day 8: Transfer to Amboseli
Enjoy your delicious meals and head to Amboseli National Park with en-route game drive in Tsavo. Arrive in Amboseli in time for lunch at your lodge then go for an afternoon game drive, you will be welcomed by the amazing scenery of Mount Kilimanjaro’s snowcapped summit.

Day 9: Full Day in Amboseli National Park
Spend a full day exploring Amboseli National Park, the second popular national park in Kenya. Amboseli is renowned for hosting the largest herds of elephants in Kenya with impressive tusks, and the incredible sight of snowcapped – Mount Kilimanjaro with its snow-capped summit.
During the game drive you will see several animals calling the park home including lions, leopards, herds of elephants, warthogs, buffaloes, giraffes, elands and several bird species. You will enjoy picnic lunch and continue exploring Amboseli till evening, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 10: Pick up, Tarangire National Park Game Drive
After breakfast, you will embark on a journey to Namanga Border to cross over Tanzania, after clearing with the authorities you will change into our Tanzania vehicle and guide and head to Tarangire National Park with lunch in Arusha.

Day 11: Full Day in Tarangire National Park
Spend a full day in Tarangire exploring on morning and afternoon game drive with picnic lunch. Tarangire National Park is the 6th largest national park in Tanzania covering an area of 2,600 square kilometers, the park is renowned for its large herds of elephants and mini-wildlife migration that takes place during the dry season which sees about 250,000 animals enter the park. Some of the animals to lookout for during the game drive include large herds of elephants, zebras, wildebeests, lions, hyenas and cheetahs among others.

Day 12: Lake Manyara National Park Game Drive, Guided Walking Safari
Enjoy breakfast, then checkout of your lodge and drive to Lake Manyara National Park for another amazing game viewing experience. Lake Manyara National Park is a popular Tanzania Safari Destination for its breathtaking scenery, the enormous soda lake full of flamingoes and outstanding birdlife. During the game drive you will see huge troops of baboons and elephants roaming around in the forest and tree climbing lions if you are lucky. After lunch, you will go for a guided walking safari which takes you through tropical forests and acacia woodland via several hiking trails.

Day 13: Ngorongoro Crater Drive
After breakfast at your lodge, head to Ngorongoro Conservation Area with a stop at a Viewpoint where you will see the beautiful Ngorongoro Crater from above. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area covers more than 8,000 km² (3,200 sq. miles), it consists of the Ngorongoro Crater, Ndutu, Olduvai Gorge, Empakaai, Olmoti Crater and Oldonyo Lengai Mountain.
Descend into Ngorongoro Crater for a full day game drive, some of the animals to lookout for include zebras, warthogs, lions, elephants, leopards, buffaloes, baboons, flamingoes, ostriches and hippos among others. You will enjoy picnic lunch in the crater, then continue exploring Ngorongoro Crater. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 14: Drive to Serengeti, Game Drive
on this 14th Day of 25 Days Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania Safari. Enjoy breakfast, checkout of your lodge and head to Serengeti National Park. Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge then later head for an afternoon game drive.

Day 15, 16, 17, 18: Full Day Serengeti Game Drive
Spend these 4 Days exploring the enormous Serengeti National Park and its various regions. Serengeti National Park is the most famous park in Africa due to the largest concentration of game on the continent and the migration of millions of wildebeests.
During the game drive in Serengeti, expect to see various animals including lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, elephants, zebras, gazelles, buffaloes, pangolin, East African Oryx, rhino, wild dog among others. If you visit in the right time, you will witness the Great Migration of more than a million wildebeest, mega herds on the move stretch up to a 40km long, covering a distance of some 1000 kilometers.

Day 19: Transfer to Masai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast at your lodge, you will head to Masai Mara National Reserve with border crossing at Isebania Border. After clearing all the formalities with the authorities, you will head to Masai Mara National Reserve with packed lunch. With en-route game drive you will head to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 20, 21, 22: Full day game drive in Maasai Mara
Spend three days exploring Masai Mara National Park, the most iconic national reserve in the whole of Africa. Covering 370,000 acres in southwestern Kenya, Masai Mara with its stunning landscape is home to the Big Five and hosts the Great Migration. The reserve hosts the epic Great Migration, welcoming 1.5 million wildebeests onto its sprawling savannahs each July through October.
During the game drives, lookout for lions, giraffes, cheetahs, buffaloes, leopards, zebras, warthogs, elands among others. You will also have a chance to the Great Migration as it takes place.

Day 23: Drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, Game Drive
After breakfast, you will head to Lake Nakuru National Park a famous destination for Rothschild Giraffes, rhino and huge flocks of flamingoes on the shores of Lake Nakuru. You will enjoy sights of flamingoes and other birds including cormorants and pelicans on the shores of the lake.
You will have lunch at the lodge, then return to the park for an afternoon game drive.

Day 24: Lake Naivasha
After breakfast, you will drive to the beautiful Lake Naivasha where you will enjoy a boat ride to Crescent Island. Here you will have a guided walk for a close encounter with animals like zebras, giraffes, waterbucks, impalas, Kogoni, elands, warthogs, vervet monkeys and bat-eared foxes and several bird species.

Day 25: Departure
After breakfast, you will checkout of your lodge and embark on a journey back to Nairobi where you will be dropped off at the airport bringing your safari to an end.
