Detailed itinerary of 16 Days Uganda Tanzania Safari and Zanzibar Holiday
Day 1: Arrival
Upon your arrival at the EBB, you shall be picked up and transferred to your hotel of stay. Check in and relax as you wait for dinner and an overnight stay. Dinner and an overnight stay at Best Western Hotel Entebbe.

Day 2: Transfer to Mbarara, Evening Ankole Cultural Experience
After breakfast at the hotel, your safari guide will drive you to Mbarara enjoying en-route activities like an Equator stop in Kayabwe, and lunch at the Igongo Cultural Centre. Once at the lodge, check in, relax, and take part in an evening cultural experience of “putting the cattle to bed” with the guidance of the resident guide. Dinner and an overnight stay at Emburara Farm Lodge.

Day 3: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park Via Lake Bunyonyi Area
Have a sumptuous breakfast at the lodge, and thereafter check out for a transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Enjoy sweeping views of the mountainous area and communities. You will enjoy amazing sights of Lake Bunyonyi, and a sumptuous lunch at Achadia Bunyonyi Resort whilst enjoying the views of Lake Bunyonyi.
Proceed to Bwindi, arriving in the late afternoon hours. Check in at the lodge, relax as you wait for dinner and an overnight stay at Buhoma Haven Lodge.

Day 4: Gorilla trek in Bwindi forest Park, optional Batwa Cultural Tour
Early in the morning after breakfast and a briefing from the UWA officials, set off for the gorilla tracking. This is a once lifetime experience and unforgettable adventure. The ranger guides will lead you into the thick forest and start your search for the endangered Mountain Gorillas. You will move up and down the rugged terrain until you finally meet these harmonious creatures that will entertain you with performances for about1hour.
The activity can take 2 -7 hours since the gorillas move up and down. This is an awesome and exciting moment where you will be able to see other types of the primates such as monkeys, birds, and more.
Return for an evening relaxation, or get to enjoy a Batwa cultural tour for a chance to interact about the pygmies that co-existed with the mountain gorillas before. Dinner and overnight stay as above.
Day 5: Fly to Entebbe, Sunset Boat Cruise on Lake Victoria
Wake to a sumptuous breakfast at the lodge and transfer to Kihihi Airstrip arriving in time for your flight to Entebbe International Airport. Proceed to the hotel, check in and have lunch. Rest for the rest of the afternoon, and a sunset boat cruise on Lake Victoria. Dinner and an overnight stay at Best Western Hotel Entebbe.

Day 6: Fly to Tanzania (Own Booking), Transfer to Tarangire
After a leisurely breakfast, check out and transfer to EBB for your flight to JRO arriving at 1:45PM. Your Tanzania safari guide shall be ready to receive you, brief you and then proceed on a transfer to Tarangire National Park after a lunch stop in Arusha. Arrive late afternoon in Tarangire National Park, and enjoy a mini game drive as you look to embark on a guided walking safari inside the park. Also get to enjoy watching the sunset in the wilderness of the national park on a guided walking safari, and your guide will drive you to your lodge for check in, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7: Drive to Serengeti National Park, Game Drive
After breakfast at your lodge, your guide will drive you to Serengeti national park which is also located in the northern part of Tanzania. You will enjoy searching wildlife species such as the big 5 (elephants, lions, leopards, rhinos, buffalos) during your safari in the national park.
You will have lunch after checking in your lodge in the national park. You will also engage in an evening game to see wildlife species such as zebras, lions, buffalos, elephants, giraffes, elands, impalas, antelopes among others. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 8: Hot Air Balloon Safari, Game Drive
Wake up early for your hot air balloon experience over the plains of the Serengeti. Watch how the hot air balloon is prepared, and get onto one to soar over the park. Look out for various wildlife in the park, as well as watch one of the most beautiful sun rises. Climax your experience with a champagne bush breakfast.
Embark on a full day game drive and enjoy looking out for wildlife species grazing in the open savannah of Serengeti national park like elephants, giraffes, cheetahs, impalas, gazelles, buffalos, elands, antelopes, zebras, wildebeests, hippos among others. Dinner and overnight stay as above.

Day 9: Drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Olduvai Gorge and Crater Rim Walk
Breakfast will be served at your lodge as you prepare for your transfer to Ngorongoro conservation area. You will also have a stop at Olduvai Gorge for an opportunity to learn about the historical findings of Dr Louis and Mary Leaky.
Enjoy a game drive in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area as well as a guided walking safari on the crater rim for a chance to come up close with nature and wildlife, including giraffes! Proceed to the lodge, check in and rest as you wait for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 10: Ngorongoro Crater Drive, Maasai Bomas Cultural Tour
After breakfast at the lodge, with a packed lunch you will descend into the crater and you will visit Lake Magadi which is found in the center of the crater. You will also search for various wildlife species such as elephants, rhinos, buffalos, lions, leopards, cheetahs, wildebeests, zebras as well as flamingos along the shores of Lake Magadi.
Get to interact with the Maasai tribe in their manyattas and enjoy learning about their culture and lifestyle (they live alongside the wildlife in Ngorongoro Conservation Area!). As you enjoy the beautiful scenery of Ngorongoro, your guide will drive you to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay as above.

Day 11: Drive to Arusha, Fly to Zanzibar (Own Booking)
You will have breakfast at the lodge and proceed to transfer to Arusha arriving in time for your flight to Zanzibar. You will be picked up from the airport in Zanzibar on arrival and driven to your hotel for check in. You will spend the rest of the day relaxing at the beach. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 12&13: Zanzibar Beach Experience
